FABACEAE
This plant can be found in East Africa, from Ethiopia to Tanzania, and even in Madagascar.
These are actually plants that grow into woody lianes in the wild, weaving their way through the mass of tree and shrub canopies surrounding the vegetation. They grow to a height of between 3 and 10 meters in the wild. They produce large pods that float on the ocean and thus spread. Don't worry, in cultivation you can control their size by pruning them when they get too large and keeping them in a smaller pot.
Full sun, water regularly during the active growing season (when the substrate threatens to dry out). Keep dry in winter.
