They are native to Brazil. In the wild, they grow to a height of 9 to 15 meters and bloom in spring with flowers that open only at night. They are bright white and fragrant, attracting pollinators.
In cultivation, they require little maintenance. Full sun, water when the substrate is almost dry during the growing season, and keep dry in winter.
