EUPHORBIACEAE

This beautiful Euphorbia can be found from South Africa to southwestern Namibia.
It is one of the many 'medusoid' types of Euphorbia that are difficult to distinguish for the uninitiated; I can't say for sure whether the species name is 100% botanically correct. Nevertheless, this is a beautiful and large Euphorbia that is not very difficult to find. With its long arms extending all the way around the central body, it is a geometric spectacle. It sometimes blooms with very small, complex flowers.

Full sun; water during the growing season when the pot threatens to dry out. Keep dry in winter.
