This iconic plant has been on the market for a while now, but it remains a beautiful addition to a sunny setting. It's a thorny tree with a swollen trunk bearing beautiful leathery leaves. Plant in full sun and water when the substrate almost dries out during the growing season. Keep dry in the fall (stop watering in early October); the leaves will slowly but surely begin to wilt and fall off. Don't panic, this plant will sprout a new crown again in the spring.
