GERANIACEAE
This charming shrub is related to the Pelargonium and is native to the dry semi-deserts of northwestern South Africa. It is a small, slow-growing shrub that is attractive for its size, unruly appearance, small, hard leaves, and the occasional white flowers that appear.
In cultivation they sometimes have a bad reputation because of the difficulty of keeping them, but this is actually not too bad.
Full sun (take care with the sunniest days in summer, especially in a conservatory).
When the plant is in active growth (when it shows clear new growth of leaves and stems) water regularly and do not allow it to dry out.
As it gets colder at the end of the season and the leaves turn yellow and fall off, keep the plant drier by giving it a drink more often once a month to prevent complete dehydration.
Be careful with overwatering in a colder greenhouse.
