CRASSULACEAE
This beautiful plant comes from South Africa to Namibia.
It's a highly ornamental plant that branches beautifully and has a whimsical pattern with protrusions on its stems. The sausage-shaped succulent leaves with their waxy, shiny coating complete the look. A great thing about this one is that it's a winter grower, so you have something with foliage among a group of plants that look dull and seemingly dead :).
Full sun, water from September to May/June; the plant will awaken and begin producing leaves. Let it go dormant in the summer and don't water, and the leaves will fall off.
